Fits perfect. I normally wear an XL and I went with the same size.
These are my new "go to" gloves. They are really comfortable to wear, easy to get on and off, and offer a lot of protection in the event of a crash. I bought a couple pairs of gloves when I purchased these and have found that these are always the ones I grab now. Getting the gloves on and off is easy, the TPU slider doesn't get in the way of your grips, and the TPU on the knuckles is not too big, not too small - just right. Love that there is padding over the fingers as well. I haven't really had a problem using them to switch to my map or music / answer a call, etc. on my phone with the touchscreen - seems to work pretty well for that. They seem to 'breathe' pretty well but I haven't had a really hot day to really test that out yet. Overall, really happy with this glove! One thing I did find that might (for me, anyway) be an area for improvement is that for those of us that like our gloves to either go under or over the sleeve of our jackets, these kind of fit somewhere in the middle, not great for under the sleeve, not great for over the sleeve (they would definitely work over the sleeve on a long sleeve shirt though). I've just found that with a jacket, they are a little too bulky to go under the sleeve, and don't fit over, so you end up with everything kind of bunched up where the sleeve and glove come together. Not a huge deal, but something to note. I still really love these gloves and think they're very well put together and offers great protection.
Once the Atlas gloves are on, they are super comfortable and I feel like they provide adequate protection in the event of a crash or slide but would like it just a little more if there were some sort of padding over the fingers. The hard plastic over the knuckles doesn't get in the way and allows your hands to move and flex as they should and the palm slider doesn't get in the way of the grip at all. One small thing I noticed is that when using the thumb to activate the turn signals and turn them off is that the thumb feels 'slippery' and I have had my thumb slip off of the turn signal way more than once. I'd like a little bit of grip there to help keep it from sliding off the signal switch when pushing it. The touch capability on the fingers works well on your phone or GPS. I think my biggest hangup with this glove in the XL size is that it is pretty hard to put on - not sure about the smaller sizes, but it REALLY needs a flex panel to make it easier to pull on. Also in the XL size, the velcro strap is not long enough and as I'm putting my gloves on, I have had it pull through the little plastic loop and trying to feed that strap back through the little plastic piece with your other glove on is next to impossible. I'd like it if the strap were designed to be a little more flexible and possibly a little bit longer. I do love the gloves, but I find myself going back to my other gloves simply because they are easier to put on and take off.
Flow lots of air. I wear a 36/30 and got large. They are a little bulky but mediums would be too small. No complaints.
The knee pads are really low. The pants don’t breathe as much as I was hoping either. I also purchased the matching jacket, from Amazon, and it was incredibly small. I ordered the 3XL, I’m 6’7” and 290lbs, and I could barely get the zipper closed.
