Warranty
WARDLER will guarantee your item(s) to be free any issues arising from manufacturing defects within one year of the date of purchase, with the option to extend coverage to two years by registering your product for free at WARDLER -Warranty Request Form. We will replace or repair any defects within the coverage timeframe. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from crashes, misuse, or normal wear and tear, and each case is subject to final determination by our internal warranty team.
This warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including, without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Except as specified above, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WARDLER will not be liable for any costs and/or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, special, punitive or otherwise, including any lost profits, however caused.

- I bought my product at an authorized WARDLER dealer: For warranty questions regarding WARDLER products purchased from an authorized WARDLER dealer, you should always contact your WARDLER dealer of purchase.
We cover our products with a one-year warranty from purchase against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. We also offer an option to enroll in a free two-year warranty extension.You can contact your Purchasing WARDLER dealer, and they can provide you with additional information. They will also further assess the situation, and can file a claim on your behalf.
When a WARDLER product produces a material or construction flaw within the first year WARDLER will first try to repair the product. If WARDLER cannot repair the product, or the repair costs are higher than the cost of a new product, the product will be replaced with the same or equivalent model.
- Normal wear and tear*, damages
- Incorrect handling of the garment
- Negligence or carelessness in caring for the product
Incorrect maintenance of the product (e.g. not following washing instructions) - Damage from a crash, scrape, puncture, fall or accident
- Damages caused by any alteration, including any repairs carried out by unauthorized persons
- Damages caused by factors/events outside WARDLER's control (e.g. natural disasters)
- Any form of modification of the product
- Users’ subjective assessments, such as comfort and fit
- Damages caused by prolonged exposure to light (e.g. fading of color) and/or heat sources
*what is normal wear and tear? This is normal and unavoidable aging caused by regular use. No matter how careful you are with your product, your WARDLER product will wear and get older with use. Examples of normal wear and tear (which are excluded from the 2 year warranty) are wear marks from rubbing on points of a motorcycle, general deterioration of the materials and fabrics after repetitive motion over time and fading of the color.
If you purchased your item from a dealer located outside the United States or Canada, your product is protected by the WARDLER warranty in the country of purchase. Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product directly. WARDLER USA is unable to process any warranty claims from dealers residing outside the United States or Canada.
