Orders placed before 2pm (EST) on business days (excluding holidays), will usually ship the same business day. The estimated delivery to your shipping address is between 3-5 days once the item has shipped. If the delivery takes longer than 5 business days, please contact our Customer Service.

Yes, Login to My Account and view the status of your orders. Shipped orders will contain the tracking number that can be used on the carrier's website to track the delivery. You should also receive an email with this tracking link when the goods are dispatched out by our warehouse.

Please note that delivery windows are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier volume. We do not make delivery guarantees for standard or expedited shipments.

We understand shipping issues can become a disappointing inconvenience. Should your package fail to arrive or arrives damaged please contact customer service. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and try to solve your issue as quickly as possible.
