I love the jacket, it fits perfectly and excellent quality.
I ordered a specific jacket because I wanted that SPECIFIC jacket. You took it upon yourself to not send me the jacket I wanted and sent me some other jacket!
I went by the chart, and it's insanely tight for a small, the sleeves are like a baseball shirt on me. I can barely get it on, let alone zip it up. Unfortunately it was on clearance so I can't exchange it.
The size chart is not accurate and they refused to refund. I wear size 48. The 4xl 50-54 (per size chart) would not even come close to closing. Offered a credit but have not been communicating and Im still waiting on them to issue.
